Extended Report (Coming soon)
Our Extended Report builds on the Baseline by providing more detailed, project-specific analysis in selected areas. The content and length may vary depending on the nature and stage of the project, allowing deeper examination of key factors such as workforce demand, housing pressure over time, delivery risks, secondary impacts, or changes since the Baseline release. The Extended Report is designed to delve deeper into the specifics of a project and its overall assessment, offering additional context and insight where greater depth is needed.
PLOTIRA Framework
The PLOTIRA framework is a structured, project-led approach used to analyse major infrastructure and development projects and assess their potential impact on locations and decision-making. By breaking each project down into its core elements — Project, Location, Owner/Operator, Time, Investment, Reason, and Assessment of impact — PLOTIRA provides a clear, consistent way to interpret complex projects and translate them into decision-useful insight.
